VS – Precision Screening – Unmatched Performance
The screen frame is an independent vibrating mass supported by a set of springs positioned on a rigid base frame. Due to centrifugal force, the mass mounted on the horizontal eccentric shaft is close to the CG of the screen frame, causing oscillating circular motion. It creates a steep angle at which the particle advances on the screen deck, which has a decreasing slope.
The feeding material is subsequently separated, with the oversize material flowing to the discharge section’s screen deck and the undersize material escaping out the aperture below. The crushed material is separated using multiple deck arrangements based on their size, shape, bulk density, wetness, capacity, and so on The screen’s motion follows a circular pattern at every point on the screen as it runs due to a well-positioned rotary shaft at its center of gravity; this results in exceptional efficiency in all stages of crushing operations.
