Revolutionizing M-sand manufacturing: Mechtech Inframine

Over the years, the demand for M-Sand has been increasing. With the increased focus on granular specification, there is an intense need to upgrade the cone crusher and VSI usage tendency in making of M-Sand, as the old technology leads to lower production capacity and higher costs due to more electrical consumption per tonne. A challenge for many, Mechtech Inframine took up this as an opportunity and has developed a new range of high-pressure roll crushers exclusively designed for M-Sand manufacturing and P-Sand manufacturing.

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, Mechtech Inframine designs, develops, and supplies crushing equipment nationally and internationally. Over the past three decades, the company has gained significant experience in supplying crushing, feeding, and screening equipment across various industries, ranging from infrastructure and construction, steel, power to various other mineral processing plants. Today, the company boasts of supplying a comprehensive range of customizable products, including single and double toggle jaw crushers, cone crushers, reciprocating and vibrating feeders, hammer mills, horizontal and vertical shaft impactors, single and double roll crushers, vibrating screens, and turnkey plant solutions.

Mechtech Inframine has continuously been involved in developing suitable, innovative, and cost-effective solutions. With proven research and development expertise over the past 30 years, along with experience in manufacturing roll crushers, the company manufactured its first roll crusher, which is installed at the Hindalco Plant in Renu Koot, Uttar Pradesh. The company has now introduced its HPRC Series high-pressure roll crushers, which compress the feed materials between the special grade alloy rollers and crush them to the specific size granules accepted under the BIS IS 383:2016 guidelines.

The key features of the HPRC Series crusher include high production capacity, low power consumption, low wear, and tear cost, and least generation of 75 microns particles. With these features, the company expects the HPRC Series crushers to be truly disruptive in the industry, presenting an eco-friendly, sustainable, and cost-effective solution for M-Sand mining.

The company has recently sold two crushing units for M-sand manufacturing to Patel Infrastructure Limited (PIL). “The company prides itself over a premium client base such as Patel Infrastructure Limited. We have supplied two crushing units of 100 TPH capacity for M-sand manufacturing for their Darah-Jhalawar plant in Rajasthan. We look forward to continuing our decade-old relationship with PIL going further,” says Jaimin Patel, Managing Director, Mechtech Inframine.
