Overview

Mechtech’s HSI MH-Series is the perfect crusher for secondary  crushing in the limestone, recycling concrete, and cement industries for minerals such as aggregate, gypsum, limestone, calcium carbonate, dolomite, and more.

Aggregate production is more concentrated in the primary stage than in the secondary stage, resulting in higher reduction ratios and cubical shapes.

OPENING AND CLOSING
Access to the cavity is hydraulically controlled for safe and consistent access to the internals.
BLOW BARS
High-grade blow bars for reduced wear and tear.
APPRON ADJUSTMENTS
The crusher's closed side setting can be easily adjusted hydraulically (CSS).
INSPECTION DOOR
The crusher has multiple chamber access points on the top,
side, and back.
ROTOR DESIGN
A heavy-duty rotor design generates high inertia, resulting in a lower cost of ownership.
THREE-APRON DESIGN
This design results in increased output and reduction ratios.
