We are looking to hire an experienced back-office sales executive to join our busy back-office team. As a Sales Executive, you will be reporting to the back-office manager and assisting with various administrative duties, including data management, project processing, market research, and data analysis.
To ensure success as a sales executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class sales executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team.
Roles and Responsibilities
(1) SALES Analyst:
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends
- Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
(2) SALES Operations:
- Coordinating the sales team by managing Order schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to respective divisions.
- Ensuring the adequacy of products material. follow up on Payment receivables.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
(3) SALES Support assistant:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Analyzing and reporting project and product sample follow up for Purchase Order.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.
